Barre Basics- 40min
Come get hooked on the class that will strengthen and elongate your muscles into a beautiful dancers body. This class introduces you to the foundation of our barre class moves. Please bring a mat to class, small towel, and water.
Barre Body™ Beginner/ Intermediate- 1hr
Now that your hooked from your basics, its time to amp up to more moves and strength. Fusing Ballet, Pilates and Yoga moves to expand your mind and body. Barre Basics required before taking this class. Mat is required for class. Please bring water, towel and a smile:)
Barre Body™ Intermediate / Advance - 1 hour 15 mins
Time to pick up the pace and add more strength.. Barre Beginner required before taking this class and a mat.. Please bring water, towel and a smile:)
Burlesque Barre ™ - 45 mins
Take the graceful barre moves and add some spice into a burlesque ballet style dance class . This class focuses on adding sensuality and flexibility to our barre moves to create a curvy strong physique.
Barre Babies™- 40min -Pre & Post Natal
Put your body in shape while connecting with your baby. This mommy & me class allows moms to work out in a low impact class while doing basic barre moves. If used as a post natal class the baby carrier is required to be worn during some portions of the class.b

Pop Star Cardio-
learn the choreography from your favorite female pop stars world tour or music video. This class does incorporate a lot of hip hop style dancing. This class is 1. 5 hours long .
Burlesque Body™. -1hr. fusing all retro styles of burlesque: belly, can can and striptease for the perfect blend of sexy.
Culture Cardio™ : 45mins NEW***
Keep fit while moving to the different culture styles of belly dance, Tahitian, Hip Hop & Latin styling as you tone and strengthen the core muscles groups such as back, abs and thighs.
Retro Body Rhythms™ - 45mins-NEW**
Revert back to the music styles of the 70’s & 80’s using specific theme nights for class types. IE. Retro Barre Night or Retro Exotic night. The themes will be applied to the specific class styles we already teach. Check schedule for specifics on each class. Don’t forget to bring your leg warmers
Bed Body Beauty™- 40min
This class mixes Pilates, exotic floor moves, and yoga styles for the ultimate sensual toning class. We focus on the elements of the body that are used to create a stronger, healthier, sexier body for your nights with your man or future man to be. Concentration is on inner thighs, lower abs, arms and back. 45mins. A mat is required for this class.

Pole Intro Teaser 60 min.
This class orientates you to the pole and the basic moves and transitions with the pole. Safety precautions are also covered. This is a drop in class to tease you into wanting more pole. After this class you choose which series you want to start. This class is recommended at least twice before advancing on to the next level..
Lap Dancing 101- 60 min.
This class is designed for those who only want to learn lap dancing or a brief version of the basics instead of a session course. All the movements learned in the class, beginner/ Intermediate levels and are combined to create a small routine
Sexy Pole Sampler- 90 mins NEW*
This class is a practice & play session of what you have already learned. If you have already taken Pole Intro or Pole Progression, this is the class for you!! This 1.5 hr session will let you practice what you have already learned, and also learn a new trick or two that you haven't with out committing to a series... the instructor will individually show each student something new based on the level of each student. The first 45mins you practice, last 45 mins you play. * Pole Intro is Required Before This Class!*
Pole Routine Styling- 90 mins NEW*
Already learned the basics but need to make it fluid into a sexy routine.. this is for you! Take your basics mix and add in spice, flare, and sensuality and you have the ultimate recipe for a mini routine for a hot night with your significant other. Its also just another fun class to try while burning tons of calories. * Pole Intro is Required Before This Class!*
Pole Progression 3week Series - Beginner 75 mins
This class meets once a week. Each week begins with a warm up session and stretching. During the class you will focus on styling, strengthening, and pole tricks of level 1-3. All moves are then incorporated to create a small pole routine based of moves and technique learned in the course.
Exotic Dance Routine Sessions- 60 mins

Once a week/ for 2-3 weeks depending on the length of the session or also used as a 2 hour workshop series. We begin class with a fun warm up , sexy toning exercises and then lead into exotic choreography. The last week is the dress up week. Its time for your dress rehearsal before your performance for your special someone. There is a new routine each month. Just think a whole year of striptease .What more could your man ask for? Woohoo!
Pole Progression 3week Series - Advance 90mins
